Go to start, right click on my computer tab, select properties, hardware, Device Manager and click the + sign to port (COM & LPT) tab..look for cutting plotter COM..

Link your COM PORT to your COM PORT number.
ex. Link to COM 1 or COM 2 - 4..
To change your baud rate go to Set up beside LINK TAB then parameters then choose one with the same Setting to your Cutting Plotter machine..
ex. if your baud rate output in artcut is 4800 the machine baud rate is 4800 also..
Then try to cut..
go to cut/plot tab then start cutting..
note: dont click cancel button you must use x button..
